Defective or Damaged Products
If your paddle arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Personal preference after use
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
